Yesterday the Department for Education published the 2017 Performance Tables. We are delighted that not only is CHHS the top performing school in Stockport on both attainment and progress measures, but also that the 2017 results position Cheadle Hulme High School in the top 2% of non-selective schools nationally for Year 11 attainment. This is a testament to the hard work and determination of the staff, students as well as the parents/carers.
We are also delighted to announce that planning permission has now been granted for the new Laurus Trust schools in Cheadle Hulme. From 2018, parents/carers will have an increased chance of securing a Laurus education for their children. The timing is perfect coming just before the application deadline for Year 7 places of 31st October.
The culture of high expectation and academic achievement for which CHHS is known will be replicated across all new Laurus schools.
