The creativity has been flowing at Cheadle Hulme High School as entries have been flooding in for the 2021 Calendar Competition.
Staff and students were invited to submit photographs on the theme of texture for our annual calendar, which raises funds for the school, and in total we have received an incredible 1,101 entries.
Urban landscapes, nature and the weather were just some of the subjects that our budding photographers took inspiration from, with breathtaking results.
It has been difficult to choose just 12 shots to feature in the calendar but the winning images have perfectly captured the texture theme, displaying imagination, vision and artistry.
All entries have received house points, the winners and 12 runners up will be awarded a coveted photography badge, while the overall winner will also have their photograph appear on the calendar’s front cover.
The winners will also receive a free copy of the calendar, which will be available to purchase for £4 before Christmas, through ParentPay.
We would like to congratulate everyone who took part. Whether or not your photograph has been selected for next year’s calendar, the quality of all the entries has been phenomenal and it’s been wonderful to see so much creative talent on display.
